Area: 4,790 sq. ft. / 445 sq. m. / 134.65 ping Designed by Huang Yung-hung (on the “581 World Architects” list), Mucha Four Seasons takes its name from one of the best-known works of the Czech artist Alphonse Mucha. An impressive aesthetic effect results from the serried arrays of 268 marble pillars and from the windows whose dimensions are in accordance to the “Golden Ratio.” Mucha Four Seasons makes use of advanced building technology, including the double-wall method. A “two-layer” concept has been adopted for both walls and windows to minimize environmental noise as well as noise emanating from neighboring homes or from other rooms within the same residence. This has been combined with the utilization of bi-directional sound-free slab technology, reinforced laminated glass and other sound-proofing methods to create the quietest residential building in the 101 Lifestyle District. The layout design employs a highly-functional “double space” arrangement, a separate lobby, a two-room master bedroom, along with three other bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms also have their separate powder rooms. The overall goal was to create a luxury residential building with a limited number of homes, so that each unit could have larger total floor areas, attracting interest from top-of-the-pyramid customers.
