Located right in the heart of the famous lake and river district of Patagonia Argentina with rivers and streams and lakes galore, this property has incredible diversity for recreation of all types. The Corcovado River runs through the 12,100 acre ranch possibly providing the best dry-fly fishing in the world offering a host of fishing venues with runs, ripples, eddies, pools, undercut banks, and spring creek opportunities. Many ESPN, PBS, Discovery and OLN fly-fishing programs have been filmed right on the ranch. The continental divide cuts right through the ranch and offers spectacular elevation changes and panoramic views as it is just 18 miles from the Chilean border and is situated at the foot of the beautiful snow-capped Andes. Elevations on the ranch range from 1,300 feet above sea level to almost 6,000 which provide sweeping views of jagged mountain peaks, grassy meadows, and meandering rivers and streams. The estancia includes a fishing lodge with a main room and fireplace that sleeps up to 5 people and has cooking and dining facilities. There is a caretaker’s cottage and two additional homes which sleeps 6 people. One of which provides a small bar, game room, and living room and the other a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Additionally there is an owner’s cabin with a wooden deck over an amazing lagoon. The property also provides working corrals, a large horse barn, storage, shed, and fencing.
