High energy, highly respected and immensely successful, Ginger is known for a track record shared by only a handful of Sotheby's International Realty professionals worldwide. She provides the most discriminating buyers and sellers a comprehensive package of negotiation and communication skills, market knowledge and marketing expertise unsurpassed in California's prestigious Napa-Sonoma Wine Country. Ginger and her business partner, Carol Sebastiani, comprise one of the top real estate teams in the United States, according to respected sources including The Wall Street Journal.
As a consummate professional Ginger was founder and CEO of her own sales and marketing firm for 20 years. That experience led to being recruited by the San Francisco office of Sotheby's International Realty in 1997 and subsequently relocated to the brokerage firm's Wine Country office in 2004. Capitalizing on her portfolio of high net worth and corporate clientele, she immediately established herself as a premier agent.
In 2010, Ginger and Carol closed the highest value residential sale in the history of Sonoma County, followed by the sale of the highest value residential property of 2011 in Napa Valley.
In addition to dedication to her clients and profession, Ginger is committed to her community, humanitarian projects and the arts. She regularly donates a percentage of her sales to a wide range of non-profit organizations including the Sonoma Mentoring Alliance, Sonoma Museum of Modern Art, Napa's Festival del Sole and Sonoma State University's Green Music Center and Weill Hall. Globally, she is a significant contributor to the International Rescue Committee (IRC), Susan G. Komen Foundation, Anti-Defamation League and AIPAC.
