Doug Meese joined Jameson in October of 2010 through a merger between Jameson and Real Living Helios. Prior to the merger Doug served as a Manager/Broker at Real Living Helios since January of 2006. Doug has spent the last 10 years working in various positions within the real estate industry. As a consultant in Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Valuation Group, Doug valued commercial real estate portfolios for corporations and institutions. After the closing of Arthur Andersen LLP, Doug received his real estate license and immediately joined a commercial real estate investment sales company as an analyst. After gaining more experience on the commercial real estate investment and analysis side of the industry, Doug realized his interest in real estate was not limited to commercial real estate sales. In 2002, Doug decided to expand his business to include both commercial and residential sales.

Doug graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Finance, in May of 2000, and has since resided in Chicago.

Doug brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate sales to his clients, as well as expert negotiation techniques to ensure the lowest sale price while representing buyers and the highest possible return on investment when representing sellers. Doug has worked on both new construction and resale transactions in neighborhoods and communities throughout the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Doug is able to bring his substantial commercial sales and appraisal experience to every deal, assisting his clients with a broad and expansive array of real estate services.
