Ann is a long time resident of Westfield having moved here in 1990 from Brooklyn, N.Y. She started in real estate in 1999 becoming a Million Dollar Club member in her second year. Always a working mom she saw all four of her children through the town's excellent school system and one of her daughters and two of her grandchildren live nearby in Cranford. She knows the area's nooks and crannies and enjoys being an expert on the immediate and surrounding communities. She is happy to share her love of this community and its varied neighborhoods, cultural events, activities and great restaurants (an avid cook Ann loves the area's great resources for dining in as well).

With nearly thirty years of work experience she brings to her real estate practice a deep and passionate knowledge of sales and marketing and the critical role a constant attention to detail always plays. Prior to joining Sotheby's Ann first worked for years as a surgical nurse (she graduated from Rutgers with an honors degree in Nursing) where precision under pressure and complete preparation became ingrained her. As her children got older she developed a love of design into a home-based marketing business that grew to include premier retail customers such as Bloomingdale's, Dillards, The Smithsonian, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and QVC (where Ann appeared on live TV). When her children went off to college she eventually sold that business and returned to nursing in a management capacity, initially as an Administrator and eventually as the Director of Marketing for New Jersey's largest eyecare company where she honed her skills in social media, direct marketing and contract negotiation. This background enables Ann to craft the most effective marketing campaign for her client's property so as to achieve the optimal price in a competitive marketplace. For buyers it has made her keenly aware that comparative price discovery, saavy negotiation and nuanced problem-solving skills are all essential to achieve the goals and protect the interests of her clients. All of this she does with a great sense of humor and an approach that realizes while always a business transaction buying or selling a home is very personal decision, so she treats every client's house as if it were her home. Ann is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greater Union County Association of Realtors (GUCAR).
