Originally from Boston, Victoria Stultz has been working in the real estate industry for 15 years and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).She received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Northern Kentucky University in Alexandria, Kentucky.

Victoria obtained her business experience in Cincinnati, where she worked in sales for a Fortune 500 company for several years before transitioning into real estate with a prominent brokerage. In 2001, she and her husband purchased a national real estate franchise in which they bought and sold over 150 houses.

After selling her business five years later, Victoria relocated to Florida and continued her real estate career in the Sarasota area. Her effective negotiating skills, extensive business experience and vibrant personality have resulted in a proven track record, which includes over$21 million in closed sales in 2015 and seven consecutive years winning the Five Star Professional Real Estate award.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors® and the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, Victoria possesses an intimate knowledge ofthe real estate industry, but it is her intuitive understanding of her customers’ needs and the manner in which she services those needs that truly makes her unique.

It is Victoria’s goal to deliver exceptional service with exceptional results based on trust, integrity, discretion and excellence. What it really comes down to though, Victoria says, is the fact that real estate is a relationship business and should always be customer centric. It comes as no surprise that many of her customers have naturally become lifelong friends after the unwavering dedication and attentiveness she exhibits with each transaction.

For example, she recently closed the $14.5 million Little Bokeelia Island, a private 104-acre Gulf Coast property.A transaction three years in the making, took dedication, persistence, tenacity, commitment and negotiating skills.Having shown her clients the property in 2012, she worked tirelessly with the listing agent until a price was agreed upon benefitting both buyer and seller.Chris Brandt, a key business advisor for the buyers, wrote, “I have had the privilege to work with Victoria on a number of projects. Little Bokeelia was a special and unique acquisition. She was always available and consistently anticipated our needs during the process. Her approach is welcoming and professional and a big part of our success.”

Victoria’s passion and dedication for the community extends beyond selling real estate. She serves on many non-profit boards and committees including the board of directors for the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, South County Tiger Bay Club and is a former board member of the Venice-Nokomis Rotary Club. She is currently a member of the Venice High School Advisory Council and Boosters, Cotillion Club of Sarasota and Junior Achievement.
