Originally, from Nashville, Tennessee, Ms. Payne also lived in Boston, MA; Falmouth, VA; and Atlanta, GA before making Palm Beach Gardens, Florida home in 1974.In 1996, after a long and successful career in advertising and marketing in the Palm Beach area, Ms. Payne started her estate career in real estate at PGA National Realty and in 1998, after moving to Naples, joined Prudential Florida Realty.Ms. Payne earned numerous awards including Honor Society, Leading Edge and Chairmans Circle.Her sphere areas include Park Shore, Moorings, Pelican Bay, Pelican Marsh, Vanderbilt, Old Naples, Port Royal, and Aqualane Shores.Ms. Payne is a professionally trained commercial artist and worked at several department stores and advertising agencies in Nashville. After moving to Florida, she sold advertising and worked for the Palm Beach Post and WEAT-FM Radio.

A volunteer for the Naples Area of Commerce for eight years, she was honored as Volunteer of the Year in 2004. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
