Liz, a native Washingtonian born and raised in Georgetown, has nearly 10 years of real estate sales experience. After attending Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School she continued on to the College of Charleston where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Art History as well as a Master's Degree in Special Education.In her first year in real estate sales, Liz was recognized as "Rookie of the Year" and has continued to maintain her status as a multimillion-dollar top producing agent. Having grown up in the area, Liz is able to utilize her extensive personal network to provide her clients with valuable market information and exclusive access to privately listed homes. Years of sales experience have made Liz a savvy contract negotiator and a trusted investment advisor.Liz believes in providing her clients with superior customer service, including staging their homes for sale, advising on neighborhood schools, and recommending local vendors for renovations. She is passionate about residential design and has been featured on the HGTV television program "Get It Sold". She has up-to-the-minute knowledge of Washington's ever-changing real estate market and, as a result, is consistently one step ahead of the competitors. Liz currently lives with her husband in Kalorama Triangle.
