He focuses on luxury homes and condominiums with an emphasis on waterfront such as, Port Royal, Beachfront, Aqualane Shores, Royal Harbor, Park Shore beach, Bay Colony and golf course communities including Grey Oaks, Bonita Bay and Quail West.
Phil and his family have been instrumental in helping create what Naples is today through their philanthropic endeavors. The Norris/Gaynor/Collins family has supported local marine research, assisted in founding the Naples Conservancy, purchased the Gulf-front property for Delnor Wiggins Pass recreation area (named after both his grandmother and grandfather) as well as other notables. Phil has carried on the Norris tradition by giving generously to charitable organizations such as the not-for-profit Youth Haven in which he served on the board; the Galisano Children's Museum of Naples and the YMCA. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Conservancy of Southwest Florida.
