His sales have set numerous Aspen Sales Price records such as the first sales of $2 million up to $46 million. Robert has been active in local real estate since 1976. A resident since 1971, Robert was a successful general contractor in aspen for 8 years, worked with the owners of Aspen's last 9 large ranches to subdivide and sell their properties, has developed numerous subdivisions, condominium and commercial projects, and arranged for over 4,000 acres to be deed restricted as open space. He completed his graduate studies at C.U.
