Sellers - I very much enjoy the challenge of selling homes in today market. I believe the key to success is to communicate often, keeping all parties aware of the current situations and marketing the property with professional material. It amazes me that even in today's market there are still listings on the Multiple Listing Service ( MLS ) with no photography or comments regarding the property.

Buyers - I love seeing the buyers face light up when they walk thru the front door of the home of their dreams. The look of excitement motivates me to; then do what I can to make that dream come true. Key to a smooth transaction is for all parties to be aware of the buying and selling procedure so when the contract is presented or produced all parties feel comfortable with the language and more importantly feel that they can ask any question. No Question is SILLY when it comes to one of the most important financial decisions you can make.

Investors - It is very important for the investment property to make financial sense; but to also see into the future with regards to rentability and resale. I use every resource I know to make the decision of buying investment property as easy as I can.
