She has been owner manager of several successful businesses, responsible for their growth and eventual profitable sale through her own aggressive marketing and sales strategies. The largest of these businesses was a 30-employee management consultancy in Hong Kong from 1989 to 1999. During this time Denise won the prestigious W Grace Award for Quality Vision of the Year and was named the Top Quality Woman Entrepreneur of the Decade by the Hong Kong Management Association.Denise returned to the US in 1999 and has turned her real est ate passion into a full-time career. Denise specializes in luxury home sales along the southwest Florida coast including Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Bonita, Naples, Sanibel and Captiva. Denise also assists investors of beach front rental properties to maximize their return on investment. Denise has traveled extensively around the globe and has competed in international yacht races. She combines her passion for real estate and travel by participating in International Homes Shows, where Denise sells property to overseas investors as well as organizes buying trips to our beautiful SW Florida coast.Denise holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and an Industrial Engineering Degree from Northeastern University.
