Meg has enjoyed an extensive 25 year career in real estate dating back to 1987. Her experience is diverse and includes both residential and commercial transactions. Meg's commercial background ran between 2002 and 2010 and involved searching for, negotiating and closing commercial real estate investment transactions. These properties ranged in price from $400,000 to $10,000,000 and were located throughout Maine, New Hampshire, New York and Massachusetts. On the residential side Meg has listed and sold a number of Upper Valley properties over the years for various local real estate agencies. Her decision to join the Sotheby's International Realty network was an easy one. She recognized the advantages of belonging to one of the most respected and visible luxury real estate brands anywhere in the world. Meg also possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit having established and sold two successful Upper Valley businesses. Meg is originally from Long Island but has been living in the Lyme and Hanover area since 1972. She spent her early years in pursuit of perfecting her skills on the violin. She now enjoys an active lifestyle which includes biking, running and hiking and is an ardent supporter of the Prouty.
