Chris is an established Broker with a special connection to the land having grown up on a farm in Woodstock, Vermont. He has experienced great success throughout his real estate career and affected numerous sales in the region including one of the highest residential sales every recorded in Vermont at $18,000,000.Chris credits his grandfather with providing him with sound direction in life: to get the best education possible and know a trade. Chris took that advice to heart and now utilizes his experience to help others as an Associate Broker with Four Season's Sotheby's International Realty. He attended Bowdoin College in Maine. After graduation he moved to Long Island to build homes on spec before moving to Manhattan to pursue a career in Magazine Publishing. There he gained valuable sales experience calling on advertising agencies to market ad space in national magazines. Success gave way to management so he went back to school and earned an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern. This lead to an internship at Microsoft followed by management consulting for Anderson Consulting (Accenture) which in turn led to portfolio management for a private media investment firm. All the while, the Upper Valley was never far from his thoughts, so after 20 years, he returned to his roots along with his family.Helping others buy and sell property through the Sotheby's International Realty network is the perfect way for Chris to integrate his professional experience so that he can fully serve his clients and customers. The most important lesson Chris learned at Kellogg is to create value and brand equity by providing exceptional service. Few, if any, do this better than Sotheby's International Realty which is why Chris chose to affiliate with Four Season's Sotheby's International Realty. In addition to his real estate pursuits, Chris owns and operates www.VermontProperty.com, the leading site to market and locate Vermont Vacation Properties. Ready and eager to help you, Chris believes that every question is worth asking.
