She was a top producer at Xerox, consistently earning President's Club, an award for employees that far surpass their sales goals. Not only was she a leader in sales, Kelly was also recognized for her account management skills in helping her clients with major financial transactions.

A love of fine art and architecture made Sotheby's a natural transition in Kelly's marketing career. She not only collects southwestern art, but was involved in the remodel of a historic adobe house in southern Colorado. Most recently, Kelly acted as contractor in the complete renovation of a 1906 Denver square. Kelly attended University of Oregon earning a degree in marketing. She currently lives in the Washington Park neighborhood with her children and chocolate Labrador.
