The Worrall name is woven into the history of real estate on Oahu. Worrall's mother began the family tradition in 1953 and Worrall, her brother, daughter, granddaughter and nephew have all followed in her path. Together with her brother, Paul MacLaughlin, Worrall is an owner of Island Sotheby's International Realty on Maui - the second largest affiliate office in Hawaii with three offices and over seventy-five sales agents. Her knowledge of prime properties on Oahu and Maui adds to her expertise in the two most desirable markets in the Hawaiian Islands.
A dedicated philanthropist, Worrall has served on the Board of Trustees for Kapiolani Hospital and was appointed by the Governor of Hawaii to serve on the Hawaii Medical Education Council. She has helped support the U.S. Marine Corps' Toys for Tots program and has been recognized with awards such as the Patti Schuler Recognition Award from the American Cancer Society and the Girl Scouts of Hawaii Woman of Distinction award. She currently serves on the board of the Children's Alliance of Hawaii and the Friends of the University of Hawaii Cancer Center.
