“To quote an old veteran of the real estate business, my mother, "Coralea, you are perfect for this profession. You may be a bit too outspoken, but you have got everything else." Those who know me know this to be true. I will usually have a comment or opinion on just about anything real estate related, whether you want to hear it or not. Since first getting my California real estate license in 1979, real estate has been my life. While investing in my own properties in multiple states, I have learned nearly all facets of the business, not just the brokerage side. My love of the West has enabled me to practice in California (Marin County) and Idaho (Wood River Valley). My first property was a little condo in Ketchum in 1976 (yes, I was a young thing). I paid a whopping $26,000 for the condo and my monthly payments were $164.00.
What has really kept me engaged in the Wood River Valley are the amazing opportunities and lifestyle that this community offers. Whether it be a city or a mountain town, you are buying a lifestyle and my hope would be that I can help you find ‘your place of belonging’. Let me help you in that quest.
