Jamie Gairdner brings more than 46 years of experience in all aspects of real estate. As the former owner, President, CEO and Chairman of Johnston & Daniel, he built that company from a minor presence in the industry, to a consistent, year by year, 800 million dollar sales giant. Moreover, he proved to the entire real estate sector that aiming at top quality in product, service and business conduct is what brings the best results. Such was the reputation that preceeded Jamie, when he began to focus his activities on country properties in the Caledon area, where he has family ties going back to when he was a teenager. He specializes in niche properties, estates, horse farms and land in Caledon, Mono, Halton, Erin and Hillsburg regions. His business experience and his skill at networking soon resulted in record sales for the area. Shifting from city to the unique demands of country came naturally, and he is intimately familiar with the many issues of country living. Jamie Gairdner has been Family Director of the Gairdner Foundation and the Fitness Institute for 15 years. He has had numerous memberships and affiliations such as The Caledon Mountain Trout Club, The Toronto Club, The Young Presidents Organization and The World Presidents Organization. He’s also been involved in high profile activities at the Royal Winter Fair, as well as being a member of the Orangeville Hospital. Through all of these organizations, he has access to an enviably large pool of potential buyers. It is his first-hand experience, he knows that good connections not only become better, but they multiply exponentially. Jamie Gairnder is a graduate of Appleby College, where he was a former member of the Board of Directors, and also attended the University of British Columbia and Western University-Huron College. He is an Honours Graduate of the Toronto Real Estate Brokers License program. Some of his personal hobbies include scuba diving, fly fishing and skeet shooting and he loves to spend time with his family and his two dogs.
