A true Jersey girl, I was born and raised in New Jersey. My family settled in Monmouth County when I was a young girl and we moved to the "Jersey Shore," as we say in Jersey. The beaches are a world I fell in love with and I can´t imagine ever living away from the beach again. I moved across country to marry my husband Merv and then we moved back to New Jersey and settled less than a mile from the beach with our dogs, Sophie and Bosco.
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1976, helping people successfully buy and sell properties ever since. I am a member of the Monmouth/Ocean County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) and the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. In 1999, I became a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, earning my GRI certification. In 2000, I earned the certification of Certified Residential Specialist, CRS. I am a perennial recipient of the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® 1996 - 2012. This distinguished award recognizes those members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship by earning units for sales, listings volume, and involvement in the industry and association.
There is no better job than a job you love, and I love real estate. Each day brings new customers and challenges; the job is never boring. Most of my clients will agree that I provide a personalized service, at a level exceeded by few. My clients have the comfort of knowing I am working for them alone. I am devoted to handling all their needs and committed to being there for them right through their closing, and then some.
I am fortunate to have a wonderful partner in real estate, my husband Merv. A true team player, Merv helps out with inspections, delivering paperwork, holding open houses, filling in at showings or wherever he´s needed. Before assisting me in real estate, he was a member of the California Highway Patrol for 29 years, retiring as a sergeant in a large metropolitan area.
When I am not working in real estate, I give my time and energy to charity organizations, whether raising funds or working to help the lost and lonely. I feel very blessed in my life, and want to help provide for those who are less fortunate. When I am not working or donating my time, I am with Merv biking, going to the beach or enjoying the fine local restaurants and community theaters. Merv and I also take advantage of being in such close proximity to New York City, where we enjoy the Broadway theatres, restaurants, shopping, and the NYC culture. The city is only an hour away, and public transportation is an alternative to driving.
