Margaret Young has been a two time winner of the Best of Bermuda Gold award as well as Rego Sotheby's International Realty's top sales and/or listing agent and top producer for many years since she joined the firm in 2002. Since 1979 Margaret has been a Bermuda Real Estate professional and has helped many local and international buyers through the complexities of Bermuda property ownership including helping them find the best attorney and/or tax advisors when situations require such. Her sales have included first time buyers and multi-million dollar estates. All her customers receive a valuable combination of market knowledge, experience, perseverance, and positive attitude (with her ever important great sense of humor). A native of Northern Ireland, Margaret landed in Bermuda in the mid 1960’s as part of her 5 year work-holiday and never left! As a former long distance runner, Margaret competed in many marathon races, breaking the 3 hour barrier and representing Bermuda in the World Cup Marathon in Hiroshima, Japan. An avid golfer (desperately trying to lower her handicap), Margaret did manage twice to shoot a magic “hole in one”. When Margaret is not working, she enjoys travelling to far off places as well as visiting her family in N. Ireland and her daughter in Virginia.
