During the past thirteen years, Nancy has built a significant referral business which accounts for 65% of her client portfolio. She has consistently ranked as one of the highest sales producers in Park City, and has been honored the past eleven years for her productivity. Nancy is an eight-time recipient of the "Professional Achievement Award" from the Park City Board of Realtors and currently serves as its Past-President. Nancy received the "President's Award" from the Utah Association of Realtors in 2015 for her leadership and vision in real estate. She has served on the Boards of several community and charitable organizations in Park City.
Nancy is a native of Los Angeles, California where she earned a Master's degree from UCLA. She spent 16 years in the health care field negotiating multi-million dollar contracts between physician groups, hospitals and insurance companies. She relocated to Park City with her husband, Larry, and their two children in 2003, when Larry accepted a position for a company based in Salt Lake City. When Larry was offered another opportunity, back in Los Angeles in 2009, he agreed to commute so they could continue to raise their children in Park City, with its excellent schools and its diverse and accessible recreational opportunities. The family appreciates the rich cultural climate in Park City, as well as its small town charm.
Nancy has completed the Park City marathon and half-marathon several times and is a fitness enthusiast. She also enjoys CrossFit, skiing, reading, travel and fine dining. Nancy thoroughly enjoys the Park City lifestyle and one of her favorite aspects of being a real estate agent is sharing that lifestyle with newcomers.
