Ian has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware since 1995 when he was an award winning member of the Re\Max of Wilmington team in Greenville, Delaware. Having traveled all over the world and United states as the son of a DuPont executive and in his own careers as a Naval Officer, Sales Executive, Banking Vice President and Technologist with CoSTAR Realty Information Group based out of Bethesda, Maryland, Ian knows first-hand the challenges of relocating to a new home. His experience working as a Licensed REALTOR in PA, DE and MD, and for Customer-centric sales organizations gives Ian the perfect balance servicing the needs of today's buyers and sellers. Ian has partnered with his mother, a founding member of BFP Sotheby's International Realty, Wendy Bunch to sell over $17 Million in property over the last 3 years throughout Delaware, Southern Chester County and The Eastern Shore of Maryland. Ian is an avid sailor, having sailed professionally for Challenge America and enjoys tennis, golf, hiking, road biking, fly-fishing when time allows. He is married to an Italian photographer and speaks Italian, Spanish, and some Russian.
