Tracy Bacigalupi is Associate Broker and Sales Director for Harbor Sotheby's International Realty with offices in Bay Harbor and downtown Harbor Springs. In this leadership role she brings with her a diversified mix of sales, marketing and management talents. Tracy's professionalism, integrity, dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service have earned her the loyalty of her clients and team. Her priorities include clients' interests, skillful negotiating, knowledge of neighborhood communities and lifestyles and a passion for excellence. Tracy joined the real estate sales team in 2009 bringing with her over 15 years of highly successful sales experience. Her extensive sales background was in technology and services with Microsoft Corporation in New York City. She is a member of the Emmet Association of REALTORS, Michigan Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. While living in Manhattan for most of the past decade, Tracy decided to find a summer home in Northern Michigan where she and her two daughters could be closer to family and lifelong friends. After a weekend visit to Bay Harbor, she fell in love with the truly unique beauty and amenities that Bay Harbor and the greater community offer. She and her daughters have been summer residents of Bay Harbor since 2005 and became permanent residents in 2008. In addition to her loving commitment to her family and her passion for her work, she is also dedicated to community service activities. Tracy is a Board Member and active volunteer for the Crooked Tree Arts Center and the Bay Harbor Foundation. She and her children also volunteer their time to local non-profit organizations and to St. Francis Xavier School and parish.
