Dolly has put her direct marketing skills to good use at Sotheby's International Realty, producing a steady stream of lead generating letters that have turned into an impressive volume of listings and closed sales in her first couple of years.
In her first year, she closed five sales and rentals in The Essex House. Her second year commenced with the successful sale of a Central Park penthouse, which sold over asking price and in which Dolly represented both seller and buyer.
Fluency in German, Italian and French have proved enormously valuable in working with international clients, and Dolly hopes to grow this segment of her business going forward.
