Hamptons resident Ann Ciardullo has been a top producing agent with Sotheby’s International Realty’s East Hampton office for many years. Ann began her real estate career in 1979 in the Northern Westchester areas of Armonk, Bedford and Chappaqua, and relocated to the Hamptons in 1994. She joined Sotheby’s International Realty, expanding her base and earning a reputation as a trusted and valued broker for both buyers and sellers. Ann’s strategy for success combines an intimate knowledge of the Hamptons real estate market with a keen eye for matching buyers with the perfect property. Ann is certified as a Buyer Representative for those buyers who want to be represented exclusively as her client rather than just her customer. Living in East Hampton, Ann pursues her passions for real estate, giving back to the community, and enjoying the bounty of natural and cultural resources of the Hamptons.
Ann’s commitment to social causes complements her professional career in real estate. Her organizational, networking and fundraising skills are assets for her work with numerous philanthropies. Over the years Ann has been involved in various fundraising events ranging from raising money for inner city children with the New York Junior Tennis League to supporting Cartier’s Grand Slam Event for the American Cancer Society. Ann is a board member of Ellen Hermanson Foundation and has been involved as the Auction Co-Chair for the past three years with the foundation’s major fundraising event HEAT, a celebration at the home of Steven Klein to benefit the Ellen Hermanson Breast Center at Southampton Hospital.
