Through-out his career, Mark has consulted with numerous individual and corporate clients regarding complex business transactions associated with professional investment and real estate planning and portfolio management. As a member of Stirling Sotheby's Commercial and Investment Property Marketing Team, Mark enjoys participating in the development and execution of creative marketing and sales campaigns that utilize modern marketing techniques to direct the attention of global property purchasers and investors to the most interesting, unique and prestigious Florida Real Estate properties, developments and investments. Mark has raised developmental capital on behalf of Florida real estate development and construction firms and has a deep working knowledge and a practical understanding of the current state of the Florida commercial and developmental real estate marketplace.

At Stirling Sotheby's, Mark has participated in the marketing of many of the firm's recent marquee projects, including the sale of Tomoka Oaks Golf Course in Ormond Beach, Florida and the 16th Floor Penthouse Office Suite at The Plaza in downtown Orlando. Mark was instrumental in securing the lease of the top rated Orlando restaurant location for the soon-to-open renowned South Florida restaurant group sensation, "Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar". Mark is presently representing numerous property owners and developers in marketing premier Orlando area and Florida properties, such as the Mission Inn Resort & Residences, the Historic Metcalf Building in downtown Orlando, the 790 Acre Sunlight Ranch & Equestrian facility near Palm Beach and the legendary "Ma Barker House", which has captured world-wide attention.

Mark holds numerous regulated securities and insurance sales licenses as well as a Florida real estate sales license. Mark earned a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Mark is a Registered Representative with TransAm Securities, Inc., a FINRA registered Broker/Dealer, Member FINRA, SIPC, and is a Registered Investment Advisory Representative with Certified Advisory Corp, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm.

Mark divides his time free time between his home in Lake Mary, Florida and his interests in Palm Beach, Florida. Mark's daughter Corry, is a noted Photographer and Restaurant Executive in New York City. Mark's son Jake is an Air Traffic Controller for the US Navy and is currently stationed on the Island of in Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.
