Prudence Parris, a resident of New Canaan for over thirty years, has been a Realtor for fourteen years. She has had a long active involvement in civic and charitable activities. She has held office on Boards of many organizations including the New Canaan Board of Realtors, American Association of University Women, New Canaan Historical Society, Congregational Church, and New Canaan High School.

An active alumna of Connecticut College where she earned her B.A., she believes her liberal arts education prepared her well to meet life's challenges and goals, and to continue life-long learning with ease. She looks at property from the investment value, the aesthetic value, and most importantly the needs value of her buyers and sellers.
