Clemence was born and raised in the South of France where she studied Law for five years, while also achieving a Diploma in Real Estate and a Bachelor's Degree in Notary. During her experience in the Notary office, Clemence worked collaboratively with many agents and buyers on the completion of Sale's Contracts. She then moved to New York for one year to study. Clemence loved living in this multi-cultural city, particularly having the opportunity to meet a lot of people from around the world. After moving to Hong Kong in 2011, she worked as a Real Estate Consultant for Engel & Voelkers for 18 months before joining Sotheby's International Realty. She first lived in the south side of HK Island in Repulse Bay to enjoy the peaceful and quiet environment and close proximity to nature. She later moved to Central to experience the more dynamic side of Hong Kong. Clemence embraces the opportunity to live in the heart of Asia to travel a lot and discover new cultures. Clemence understands that every client is unique by having specific needs, and by being patient and a very good listener she will find the perfect new home for you.
