Profesional Inmobiliario en Denver, Colorado Estados Unidos
Larry Fullerton has been instrumental in Denver's real estate community for over thirty-five years. As President of The Fullerton Company, Larry developed 200 lofts in downtown and near-downtown Denver. Previous to that, Larry was a Cabinet-level officer under Denver Mayor Federico Pena, responsible for building the major bond projects of the '80's, including the Buell Theatre and the Colorado Convention Center. Prior to joining LIV Sotheby's he served as Executive Director of Hope Communities, a non-profit providing affordable housing. He is a graduate of Tulane University, and the University of Virginia Law School. "I love Denver, and am proud to have been a part of its rebirth," he says. "Our urban neighborhoods are second to none - from prestigious Country Club to Congress Park to Curtis Park, Denver offers more charming places to live near downtown than any other city I know. The center city is now the most dynamic in the nation." Larry's extensive knowledge of Denver, and its upscale neighborhoods, makes him invaluable to Sellers as they seek to understand and position their home's place in the market, and to Buyers as they seek the perfect home. His unmatched successful experience in the real estate development world makes him comfortable with multi-million dollar transactions on behalf of clients. His legal experience causes him to focus on details that make deals work. "My philosophy has been to understand both the objective and the subjective sides of a transaction. Helping others achieve their dream - finding the right place for them to live the life they long for, or moving on from a home they love - is very emotional and subjective. Getting the deal done is the objective, business-like side." Few brokers bring Larry's skill with both of these elements of real estate transactions. Outside the office Larry enjoys his family, especially grandchildren; and the outdoors, including skiing, mountain biking, tennis, and kayaking. He has a love for historic preservation and adaptive re-use of historic buildings.
