Phil Dickson

Profesional Inmobiliario en Washington, Distrito De Columbia
Estados Unidos

A native of Akron, Ohio and a Midwesterner at heart, Phil Dickson graduated from Denison University, where he earned a BA in Environmental Studies and Spanish. After brief stints at the Environmental Bankers Association, the Brookings Institution and the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change, he worked at the U.S. Green Building Council. Moving into real estate sales in 2011, he's sold properties throughout the DC Metro area, from condos to coops to fee simple homes. Philip holds the LEED Green Associate credential, and is especially knowledgeable in sustainable design. He has chaired the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Green Subcommittee for the past three years, and in this role, helped "green" the region's multiple listing service, making it easier for buyers and their agents to identify green homes, and helping sellers and their agents market them. He lives in the Woodley Park neighborhood of Washington, and is licensed in DC and VA.

In his time off, Philip enjoys traveling back to Akron to see family. Inspired by urban revitalization efforts across DC, he is passionate about historic preservation and restoration in his hometown, and is reinvesting in one of the city's downtown neighborhoods.
