Leianne Messina-Brown is a resident of Sandy Springs/Dunwoody and specializes in working with real estate buyers and sellers in these upscale markets just north of Atlanta. She celebrates the lifestyle of these popular towns and describes this area she calls home as "small town southern charm in the heart of Atlanta." Residents enjoy the quaintness of Sandy Springs/Dunwoody and the luxuries of a large city by being located minutes to downtown Atlanta. You can listen to Leianne espouse her favorite features of this area as the voice for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty's Dunwoody video. For four years she has served as the social chair for her Chaparral Estates neighborhood next to the Dunwoody Country Club where she is a member and serves on the Membership Development Committee.
Her children attend Wesleyan School where she served as the Publicity and Marketing Chair for the Wesleyan Artist Market, board member for the Wesleyan Arts Alliance and Publicity Co-Chair for the Wesleyan Gala. She has served on the board of SSYS-Sandy Springs Youth Sports baseball/softball programs as the vice president of fundraising and helped develop their new logo and branding campaign. She has served as a marketing consultant for the Huntcliff Equestrian Center in the Huntcliff neighborhood in Sandy Springs. Her daughter rides for Fortitude Farm Interscholastic Equestrian Team (IEA) in Milton. Her family attends Northpoint Community Church.
With 25+ years of experience in marketing and communications, Mrs. Messina-Brown is a proven leader in sales, marketing, branding and public relations. She honed her skills working for some of retail's powerhouse brands, The Gap, Inc., Jessica McClintock, bebe and Ann Taylor. As a sponsorship and marketing director for the minor league baseball team the Sonoma County Crushers in Northern California, she was integral in launching the team's stellar inaugural season by developing marketing programs for Pepsi, Charles Schultz and major Sonoma and Napa County wineries. She loves to use her marketing experience with her sellers - personally staging their homes (adding flowers, rearranging furniture, adjusting artwork) to make their home the "jewel" of the price point in presentation materials and in person.
Her work has been featured in newspapers and magazines all over the country; Wine Country Living, Chef's catalog, Frontgate catalog, the Wine Enthusiast, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Sandy Springs Neighbor newspaper, Sandy Springs Reporter, Points North and much more. She has been featured on the Home Shopping Network, was the recipient of a Gourmet Golds Award for "Best New Product" at the Gourmet Show, featured on MomInventors.com and quoted in The Mom Inventors Handbook.
Mrs. Messina-Brown's vast rolodex of connections and contacts spans from having lived and worked in some of the world's largest markets; Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Portland, Boston, Tampa, Atlanta and Tokyo. Her favorite is her current home in the Atlanta area for the fantastic lifestyle it offers for her family/work/recreation. She is successful in generating great results for her clients by fostering and maintaining close personal, business and community relationships. Her design and marketing background helps set her properties apart when preparing homes for sale. She often produces professional videos of her properties for YouTube, and some have gone viral, with over 110,000 views continuing even after the home sold. Her vast background in sales, marketing and fundraising has propelled her to be a top-notch negotiator where she consistently achieves the best result for her clients.
