United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded its reach in prime central London with the opening of a new office at 62-64 Fulham Road, London, SW3. The Chelsea office covers residential property sales and lettings principally in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea but also into the outlying boroughs. Our new office will work alongside its long-established Mayfair office on Conduit Street, which opened in 1998, to increase its coverage of the capital and respond to the international market’s demand for prime property of all shapes and sizes in the popular districts of Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham, Knightsbridge and the fashionable London villages. The new office will be headed up by Sophie Panizzo, who has been with Sotheby’s International Realty since 2004. She is joined by a dedicated team of eight experienced and energetic specialists covering Residential Sales, Lettings, Land & New Homes and Referrals & International Relocation. Key members of the Chelsea office team include residential development expert Russell Taylor, and The Marquis of Headfort, who is a senior consultant to Sotheby’s exclusive private client base.
