Anita brings over 17 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Having worked as a Major Accounts Manager for Fortune 100-500 Companies such as Citigroup, Bank of America, Marsh & McLennan, AIG, State Street Bank, Fidelity and Sony to name a few for most of her sales career, she relates well to people of all kinds, whether first time buyers, seasoned buyers, sellers or investors plus excels at the common thread that's run throughout her professional life: Customer Service. Anita often gets complimented from her clients on her professionalism, communication, detail orientation and follow through for which she is known for to insure a smooth transaction. Being a life long New Hampshire resident, she is keenly familiar with all that the Lake Sunapee and the surrounding areas has to offer. When not working in Real Estate, she can often be found on the Lake in the Summer and Snowboarding at the area mountains in the Winter. Her knowledge of the real estate market and the experience of working closely with her clients, in the pursuit of their goals is paramount to a creative and successful relationship.
