It may be said that Allison Bandier Koffman, a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty, has real estate in her blood. Allison has chosen to follow the imposing footsteps of her grandfather, the legendary developer Samuel J. LeFrak, and of her mother, Denise LeFrak Calicchio, a top Sotheby's International Realty broker and co-author of the New York real estate bestseller, High Rise, Low Down. Allison has proven herself worthy of her family's legendary reputation. Since joining Sotheby's International Realty, she has been one of the company's top producers.

Allison received her B.S. in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. There she developed the business skills and knowledge that were to form the foundation for her future success. However, it is still Allison's personal work ethic that makes her shine.

Renowned for her spot-on instincts and attention to detail, Allison will go to any lengths to find the perfect fit for her clients, both uptown and downtown. This single-minded focus coupled with her superior client skills has earned her a reputation for professionalism, perserverance and discretion.

Working in partnership with fellow broker Juliette Janssens, Allison is able to provide her clientele an invaluable wealth of knowledge and expertise in all areas of the Manhattan property market, ranging from traditional Upper East and West Side cooperatives and condominiums to townhouses, lofts and other new downtown developments.

Allison resides in Carnegie Hill, on the Upper East Side, with her two children.
