His success is driven from his appreciation for New York's rich architectural landscape coupled with his knowledge of the emotional and financial considerations involved in selling or buying real estate.

As he has sold properties in many of Manhattan's and Brooklyn's neighborhoods, Shep's experience is wide-reaching. Shep is known for providing his clients with top-notch personal service, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and achieving results. Whether a client is buying or selling a home or investment property, Shep brings a resilient work ethic, a keen understanding of the marketplace and an ability to execute transactions from start to finish.

Shep is a graduate of Trinity College (Hartford, CT) where he earned a BA in political science and Spanish, and played varsity lacrosse for four years. Shep speaks Spanish, having spent time living in Spain and the Dominican Republic. He attended prep school at the Northfield Mount Hermon School, is an avid athlete, playing squash, tennis and golf, and is a marathon runner.
