Vannessa Kaufman, Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker, joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2009. Over the last two years, Vannessa and her team have ranked in the top 50 amongst the country's top 1,400 teams. Her dedication to the real estate profession during the most challenging economic climate in a generation has served her and her clients very well.

Vannessa was president and founder of the esteemed high end boutique firm Andrew Emmet & Co., which she named after her two sons.

Over the past 25 years, Vannessa has been one of New York's premier real estate brokers for top-tier living. She has represented affluent families, the financial community, corporations and celebrities with co-ops, condominiums and townhouses throughout Manhattan.

Recently Vannessa has traveled to China, Latin America and Europe to continue building on Sotheby's International Realty's expanding global business. Whilst traveling, Vannessa has assembled an international networking group made up of some of the finest real estate professionals from around the world.

Vannessa has lived through many markets due to her years of experience. She is an outstanding negotiator, hardworking and always discreet. She is highly respected by her peers for her professionalism, ethical standards and knowledge. Vannessa has an innate ability to listen, read between the lines and discern her clients' needs and desires. Her business has been built on referrals and repeat business.

Vannessa is a graduate of the Lycee Francais de NY, Finch College and New York University. She has lived in Latin America and Europe and is fluent in Spanish and French. She is an avid sportswoman and connoisseur of art and wine.

Vannessa has held many positions at the Real Estate Board of New York, including member of the Ethics Committee, member of Interfirm, member of the Arbitration Committee, two-time co-chair of the Rental Committee, board member of ResidentialNYC.com, member of the Eastside Committee, graduate of the prestigious NYRS with post graduate accreditation, and member of NYRS.com.
