Ed Bruehl, Associate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty, has been selling real estate on the East End of Long Island for the past eleven years. Ed has a discerning eye for the luxury residential market, especially for waterfront properties and those with unique or untapped potential. His strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and thorough knowledge of the South Fork communities make him an indispensable asset in any real estate transaction.
His clients and customers appreciate his understanding of both sides of a deal and his skillful way of keeping both parties moving smoothly and efficiently towards a closing.
For the past several years he has been working exclusively on several large oceanfront developments, expanding his knowledge beyond residential to now include hotels, full-service condominiums and cooperatives.
Originally from California, Ed has a Bachelor of Science degree from the California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. In 1998, he and his wife, Mariah, moved to New York City, where he worked for Morgan Stanley. They relocated to the East End in 2002 and now have two daughters and live in Amagansett. Mariah is an expert in the field of education and has proven to be a terrific source of advice for those of Ed's clients who have children, or those looking to raise their children on the East End.
When not engaged in his real estate endeavors, Ed can be found surfing, golfing or spending quality time with his family.
