An accomplished Broker for more than 30 years, Barbara is expert in cultivating and successfully managing financially and logistically complex high-end real estate transactions for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties, farms and land. A native of Princeton, and lifelong resident, Barbara built a successful career as a Real Estate Consultant while serving a range of culturally and financially diverse clientele. In addition to other real estate endeavors, she's one of a 3-member Sales Team marketing and selling "The Residences at Palmer Square," an upscale blend of town homes, flats, and rental apartments still under construction in the heart of Downtown Princeton. Certified as a Permaculture Designer through the Yestermorrow Design and Build School in Vermont, she counsels clients on how to create eco-sensitive, economically viable and sustainable home environments. Barbara also achieved the National Association of Realtors Green Designation. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Jersey (NOFA-NJ), where she's helping to develop, among other initiatives, a Beginning Farmer Program in conjunction with Duke Farms, and is one of the organizers of NOFA-NJ's Annual Winter Conference. Other interests include memberships in organizations such as Friends of Princeton University Art Museum, Princeton Arts Council, Friends of Princeton Open Space, D&R Greenway Land Trust. Barbara is a member of the Alumni Board of Trustees at The Princeton Day School. Barbara respects honesty, integrity, professionalism and a strong work ethic. She is valued for her ability to get the job done, and for facilitating cooperation and teamwork among buyers, sellers, attorneys, agents and lenders. She enjoys golfing, hiking, biking, cooking and gardening, and is the mother of 3 grown children and has 1 grandson.
