Mr. Lanz Correia is a skilled negotiator. Beginning his career in residential real estate, Mr. Correia has been involved with several multi-million dollar land assemblages and has managed transactions for everything from large commercial properties and undeveloped land to multi-family and residential. During his tenure in real estate, Mr. Correia has been an Associate Broker with Gila Partners Professional Real Estate Services, Associate Director of Commercial Real Estate and Investments at Charles Dunn Company, as well as Designated Broker and Principal of The Correia Group. Having moved back to his native San Diego, Mr. Correia is focusing his tenacity for determining and fulfilling client's needs to the residential coastal communities of San Diego.

Prior to a career in real estate, Mr. Correia was employed as a Stock Broker with securities industry leader Charles Schwab where he was a member of the Platinum Trading Team, working strictly with Charles Schwab's most affluent clientele.

Lanz Correia is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), Point Loma Ocean Beach Association of Realtors (PLOBAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Certified Land Sales Specialist with the Commercial Real Estate Institute, Inc. (CLSS) and Arizona State University's Alumni Association. Education: Mr. Correia is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and received his Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree with an emphasis in Business and Communication from Arizona State University.

Lanz Correia is a member of two of Point Loma's oldest, largest and most well-respected families-Correia and Zolezzi. Coming from three generations of tuna fisherman on both sides of his family, he is active in the Portuguese and Italian communities. Mr. Correia's network and relationships in the neighborhood are unsurpassed. Mr. Correia also enjoys experiencing many of San Diego's natural wonders and enjoys spending this time with his beautiful wife, daughter and son.
