Tracy Ronca, REALTOR®

Tracy Ronca is a licensed real estate sales associate and joined the real estate company of Wilson & Co. Sotheby's International Realty, in July of 2007. Tracy is a long time resident of the Central Coast having moved here in 1978 from Redondo Beach. Since then, she has lived in many of our local communities, giving her a great understanding of our local real estate market. Tracy studied business administration at Cuesta College and then pursued her dream to start and operate her own business. Tracy was the owner and operator of a very successful local café for over 19 years. She sold that business and embarked on a full time real estate career. Tracy has a tremendous knowledge of the local real estate market and a vast network of contacts to utilize in meeting her clients needs. She represents a wide variety of clients from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers, trustees of family estates, investors, developers, asset managers for REO properties - each with unique wants and needs. Her friendly attitude, pleasant demeanor and strong work ethic, which served her so well operating her local business, will carry over to providing the best possible services to her real estate clientele.
Tracy and her husband John Ronca, a local attorney, have raised two beautiful daughters. Aside from her real estate career, she enjoys playing tennis, photography, and spending time with her family. She is also very active with her husband in many charitable community endeavors. Tracy continues to enthusiastically strive for excellence in providing her clients with accurate, useful, and timely information, personal services, and property values for real estate on the Central Coast. She currently holds a Senior Real Estate Specialization SRES® designation and has just completed the Short Sale and Foreclosure SFR® Certification program. She is also in the process of completing the 12 month Graduated REALTOR® Institute GRI® designation course which is one of the highest designations that a realtor can obtain. She continues to take advantage of every opportunity to further her education and knowledge of the real estate profession.
