Sue Engelmann moved to the Wood River Valley in 1982 from New England with her skis and a suitcase. Like many who have been in town for a while, she came here to ski for the winter and couldn't think of one good reason to leave this little slice of heaven.

In 1992, after 10 years in the retail business, Sue decided to make the move to real estate. She received her broker's license in 1998 and her Certified Residential Specialist Designation in 2001. In September of 2005, she joined Sotheby's International Realty shortly after they acquired one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area. She feels fortunate to be affiliated with not only Sotheby's International Realty, but with the highly professional team of agents that make up the Sun Valley office.

Sue's knowledge of the local market and luxury real estate is extensive. Chances are that she knows something about almost any property in the Wood River Valley. If she doesn't know, she can find out. She is honest, she works hard, and she does her homework. Ultimately, she goes above and beyond. She specializes in matching people with properties.
