Alan Man is the Director and Head of the Sales Division for Hong Kong Sotheby’s International Realty based in Hong Kong. Alan leads a team of experienced real estate professionals and focuses on residential sales, leasing and project marketing services. He possesses over 20 years of residential sales experience in Hong Kong and has worked with several renowned developers and multinational corporations. Prior to joining Hong Kong Sotheby’s International Realty, Alan was a Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis, in the Residential Sales and Leasing Division. Alan has also worked at Centaline Property Agency Limited as an Associate Director as well as at StatelyHome in the Peak and Island South Division. In addition, Alan was formerly the Director of the Residential Sales Division at Savills (Formerly known as FPD Savills) for 10 years. Alan spent 8 years growing up in Ontario, Canada where he finished high school at Assumption College in Windsor and later received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto. Alan loves all kinds of water sports and is a keen scuba diver in his spare time; he has explored most of the dive sites and resorts in South East Asia.
