Specializing in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arcadia and the Biltmore area, Cheryl was a top producer annually for Russ Lyon Realty Company from 1996 to 2005 (Gold Producer - top 3% in sales; Lyon's Pride, Chairman's Board; President's Club), and was invited to join The Equitable Real Estate Company at its inception in October 2005, which has since merged with Russ Lyon Realty Company to become Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.

In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, Cheryl has expanded her education and received designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). She has also served as the Luxury Home Tour Chairman, 1999, is a Lifetime Board Member of Luxury Home Tour, a Member of Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR) and participant of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® Leadership Class III.

A resident of the Town of Paradise Valley, Cheryl is involved in her local community as an active board member and participant in National Charity League, and Chairman of Marquee Auction Items for Beach Ball 2006, Fundraiser for Phoenix Children's Hospital. Cheryl is married to Jeff Anderson, Associate Broker, with whom she partners in real estate. She is the mother of their sixteen year old daughter, a junior at Chaparral High School.
