Originally from Florida, Thad began his professional career with eight years in the Hospitality Management sector at Walt Disney World, Orlando.  In 1983, he joined S&H Motivation & Travel as an Incentive Travel Director which took him travelling all over the world managing Incentive Corporate Travel events. Upon relocating to Bermuda in 1986, Thad entered the real estate industry.  Thad went on to join Tucker’s Point Club as Director of Sales, Bermuda’s first Private Residence Club from 2002 until 2011.  Thad produced over $63 million in sales for the project which consisted of 80% of the fractional share inventory, while also selling some of the luxury homes in the development.  Thad is qualified in Luxury Home ownership sales and is considered Bermuda’s leading Fractional Ownership Specialist. Thad and his wife Patti reside in Bermuda and have been married for 25 years, they have two adult children in their early twenties.  An avid fisherman and golfer they are current members of Mid Ocean Club, Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club, Rosewood Tucker’s Point, Golf, Beach & Tennis Club and Bermuda Angler’s Club.
