Cherie is a native Washingtonian and has lived in Georgetown since 1988. She graduated from the University of Virginia and Georgetown University Law Center. After practicing law for a number of years, she decided to pursue her love of real estate and became a licensee in 2004. As an associate broker in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, she offers her clients a full range of real estate sales services. Clients feel secure and appreciate her knowledge of the law as it applies to their situation. A recent client wrote: "I learned more from you about the real estate process in two conversations than I learned from other agents in six months." She brings to each transaction diligence, enthusiasm, excellent negotiating skills, a genuine interest in her clients and a deep appreciation of the D.C. metropolitan area real estate market. She has received recognition for being a top producer in her company.Among community affiliations and charitable activities, Cherie is a member of the Vestry of Christ Church Georgetown. She is also on the board of the Friends of Montrose Park and is a member of The Georgetown Club. She is a board member of First Star, a national non-profit organization which advocates for legal rights and provides educational opportunities for foster children through First Star learning academies. More globally, she is a Co-Founder and Director of Teens for Technology, which has donated and installed over 5,000 computers in 420 schools in Jamaica and worldwide. In her spare time Cherie enjoys singing, practicing yoga and speaking French.
