2010 was an incredible year for Suzanne Close, one in which Suzanne was the successful listing agent in the sale of "Dean Gardens" which was the largest residential transaction ever in North Atlanta. The Dean Gardens transaction was subsequently this year's winner in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards," Residential category. The work that Suzanne put into securing the eventual buyer of Dean Gardens also resulted in the Atlanta Board of Realtors® naming Suzanne as its 2010 Mrs. Harry Norman Sr. Award Recipient. This award recognizes the most outstanding and significant residential transaction for the year. This award has not been presented since 2005.

Suzanne's dedication to the sale of Dean Gardens is just and example of her dedication to all of the properties she is marketing. Suzanne is equally as dedicated to helping her clients find the perfect home. This dedication explains the success that Suzanne has experienced throughout her real estate career of 18 years. Suzanne has been ranked in the top 10 agents at Atlanta Fine Homes in 2009 and 2010. At Suzanne's prior company she was among the Top 25 listing agents in her office in 2008 and from 2003 - 2007 she was the number one listing agent in her office.

In addition to a successful real estate career, Suzanne is a member of the High Museum of Art, past President of the City of Mountain Park Civic Club, and a member of the Michael O'Neil Summer Singers. Suzanne and her husband Jim love to travel and to play golf. They enjoy spending time with their 4, soon to be 5, grandchildren.
