2004 saw my introduction to real estate. Prior to this, I enjoyed a successful career in marketing, public relations and fundraising in the publishing and financial sectors in New York City and London, and later for a professional theater in the Berkshires. This experience, and the particular skills I amassed, enable me to bring a more inventive and resourceful approach to my real estate practice and to make my clients' experience - when either buying or selling a home - a great one.
I serve clients throughout Litchfield and northern Fairfield Counties and specialize in listing and selling second homes. With its abundance of lakes, rivers, mountains and farms - and whether as a full-timer or weekender - living here is truly like living as if on vacation all year long.
In addition to my experience as a marketer and copywriter, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English from New York University and a Master's Degree in Anglo-American Literature from London University. I am an ardent supporter of the arts and served as President of the renowned Sherman Players for six years - while also producing many shows there - and was co-Founder and President of the Candlewood Children's Choir.
Having lived in different parts of the world, there is still no more sacred a spot to me than my waterfront home on Candlewood Lake in Sherman - a town and a place with which I have a long history. I have come to love this beautiful corner of Connecticut and to value the lifestyle it offers - an area rich in scenic, rural splendors yet with an increasingly sophisticated number of restaurants, galleries, shops, community and cultural events.
A client recently told me that I was the best at what I do. I strive to uphold that standard of service with every client and take pride in the trusting relationship developed with each of them.
