In a similar manner, no compromise has been allowed with regard to the exceptional quality of the paintwork on the interior walls of The Sands. French artisans have used natural pigments to make the paint, then applied it with a palette knife, adding as many as seven different layers of texture and tone. The end result of this traditional method is a truly magnificent finish that adds a remarkable visual depth to the décor.
