Fran Devereux Schaeffer joined Sotheby's International Realty after a career in advertising/marketing. She began her career at Young & Rubicam Advertising and then went to Ogilvy & Mather for 21 years, where her last position was as Executive Vice President/Director of Human Resources. She also ran Paladin/New York, an executive staffing company. She and her husband moved permanently to the East End after spending summers in Amagansett for 25 years.
