Born and raised in Nebraska, Jim came to Chicago real estate in the late 1990s with Heartland values, a passion for excellence and a full portfolio of customer service skills. He grew up in a family of builders and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration. Fresh out of college, he worked in the call center management/customer service industry, providing third-party customer service and marketing support for premier companies such at AT&T, Costco, American Express, Allstate and GE.
But sawdust was in his blood, and when a Chicago condo developer who had sold Jim a unit began recruiting him to join his team, Jim followed his passion. He left the customer service industry behind and, over the past 10 years, has developed an expertise in urban real estate that brings unparalleled service to buyers, sellers and developers.
